When I went on the O’Reilly platform, I was astonished to find all the books there, plus live events and sandboxes so you could play around with the technology.I’ve been on the O’Reilly platform for more than eight years. I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Create a toolbar
To begin, create a toolbar object under DefaultPicture that will contain our icon buttons. We add one button: the Done button:
- With DefaultPicture selected in Hierarchy, click Create Empty and name it Toolbar.
- Set its Position to (0, 0.4, -0.1) so that it's near the top of the picture and a little in front.
- From Assets/SimpleIcons/Prefabs/ drag the DoneButton prefab into Hierarchy as a child of Toolbar
- Set its Position X to 0.45, placing it in the upper right of the picture.
If you are not using the SimpleIcons package we provided, you can just add a cube with the scale (0.1, 0.1, 0.04), and name it DoneButton.
