When I went on the O’Reilly platform, I was astonished to find all the books there, plus live events and sandboxes so you could play around with the technology.I’ve been on the O’Reilly platform for more than eight years. I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Changing the Scene view
At any time, you can change the Scene view in a number of ways, depending on whether you have a 3-button, 2-button, track pad, or a Mac with only one button. Read up on it in the Unity manual (http://docs.unity3d.com/Manual/SceneViewNavigation.html) to find what works for you.
In general, combinations of left/right mouse clicks with the Shift/Ctrl/Alt keys will let you:
- Drag the camera around
- Orbit the camera around the current pivot point
- Zoom in and out
- Alt + right-click the mouse to swing the current eye orbit up, down, left, or right
- When the hand tool is selected (upper-left icon bar), the right mouse button moves the eye (the mouse middle-click does a similar move)
