So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Cleaning Up the Layer List
Before you create any scenes, you need to review and clean up the layer list (Fig. 37.1, Fig. 37.2).

Fig. 37.2: The extra layers (ones not associated with a specific part of the model) are selected. The Delete button is clicked at the top of the layer list. The extra layers are moved to the default Layer 0, making a clean layer list.
