Attensity
Attensity (see Figure 21-6) is a combination Software as a Service (SaaS) and consulting firm. The Attensity has a Social Analytics Suite software solution that includes the modules Command Center, Analyze, and Respond.
Attensity also works to train customers in its LARA (Listen, Analyze, Relate, Act) method of thinking in regards to metrics and how that works in tandem with their metrics software data sets.
The software delivers your metrics in attractive charts and graphs that make it easy to report to the C-suite.
