The font-variant property uses
capital letter shapes for lowercase letters, but doesn’t really affect the
capitalization of the text, only the character shapes of the font. There
is another CSS property, text-transform, for altering the capitalization
of text without needing to retype it in the source document. It works by
toggling between the upper- and lowercase characters as specified.
