Quotation Marks
The content property also provides a way to insert quotation marks automatically before and after an element using the open-quote, close-quote, no-open-quote, and no-close-quote values. They are designed to work in tandem with the quotes property, which is used to specify which style of quotation marks to use before and after elements.
