Creating a New HyperTerminal Connectoid

To create a new connectoid, you first need to start HyperTerminal. Then you set up the connectoid in three stages: defining the basic connectoid options, defining the connectoid's settings, and specifying the connectoid's modem properties.

Phase I: Defining the Basic Connectoid Options

Here are the steps to follow to get the basic connectoid options in place:

1.
In the HyperTerminal folder, open the Hypertrm icon. HyperTerminal displays the Connection Description dialog box.
