This chapter showed you how to work with Microsoft NetMeeting. After explaining how to configure the program, I gave you a tour of the NetMeeting window. From there, you learned various methods for placing calls within NetMeeting. I then showed you how to exchange files, how to use the Chat feature and the Whiteboard, and how to share applications. I finished by running through all NetMeeting's customization options.
