I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Dynamics 365 Business Central Event Recorder
With the Event Recorder feature, you can register all the events raised when performing a certain action in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and then detect the best event for your needs.
To use this feature, you need to search for Event Recorder and then open the relevant page; here you have a Event Recorder menu with a start and stop button.
When you have finished the process, press the stop button in the Event Recorder page. All the raised events are logged in the exact order they were called, and you can see the event (name and type) and the object where the event is published. The following screenshot shows the Event Recorder page after Stop Recording:
