I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Developer
Developers are basically the coders, but not only: it is not enough to know a language; a knowledge of ERP systems would also be useful (my opinion is based on experience).
Once the developments required to be done in the project are defined, the developer comes onto the scene. The developer is the person who will develop the modifications and new functionalities defined by the analyst.
Once the developments are finished, the business consultant should test them to validate that they definitely meet the business process requirements defined in the PRD.
