So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
How to create sandbox environments from the CSP portal
From the October release of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central SaaS (and it is currently being continuously updated), it's now possible to create sandboxes from the partners' CSP portal using the ADMIN CENTER page.
In practice, from this page, you can administer and manage some new features designed to manage the installation of Business Central SaaS for customers who bought it.
In the partner CSP portal page it's possible to do the following:
- Create a sandbox by copying data from the production environment (via an on-demand snapshot)
- Provide and use telemetry to monitor client servers and activities (activities on tenants, failure messages, GDPR activities, monitors on fired events, ...
