The configuration questionnaire

The configuration questionnaire is used to collect data from the users to help configure a new company. You can create a list of questions and provide it to users as a Microsoft Excel or an XML file. When the user completes the questionnaire, you import the file into the new Microsoft Dynamics NAV or Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central company and then apply it to the database.

The idea behind the configuration questionnaire is to allow the Microsoft Dynamics NAV partner to bypass speaking to customers directly and automate the setup.
