I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Emailing documents
Automatic emailing of invoices is probably one of the top requests we get from our customers. With Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2018, you're now allowed, for example, to send out invoices as you post them.
On the sales order, you'll see a new icon called Post and Email. After the invoice is posted, a prompt will be displayed with the customer's email address defined on the customer card. In addition, you can add custom messages to the email, as shown in the following screenshot:
