It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
User tasks
User tasks are a new feature with which you can create tasks to remind you of work to be done, or to assign tasks to yourself or other users.
A Pending User Tasks cue is added to all roles (a "to-do" list for each user in their role). You can manage system-wide tasks, assign tasks to any user, track a task's due date, create recurrence for tasks, and show a user task list:
