It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Project manager
The most important role in the project is that of the project manager. Two project managers exist in an implementation project, one on the partner's side and another one on the customer's side. They have the most responsibility for the whole process of implementing Microsoft Dynamics NAV.
The project managers define the scope of the project, the functionalities that will be implemented, the management of resources, and the timeline.
