So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Assisted setup
Assisted setup is a new feature useful for guiding your users through setup scenarios, which is composed of a lot of wizards that are ready to use. We can consider these to be like a setup kit for configurations.
With assisted setup, the following is possible:
- To use a predefined set of data to set up main features (for selected areas)
- To have a great initial setup configuration for your new company (enhanced first-time experience)
The following is a list of some assisted setup wizards that are ready to use: migrate business data, approval workflows, item and customer approval, set up Dynamics 365 for sales, set up reporting, setting up VAT, and set up email:
