I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Sending data from pages to Microsoft Office applications
Let's first discuss the Windows client. Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central On-premise data can be sent to either Microsoft Word or Microsoft Excel by users; this can only be effected from the Windows client.
Whenever that is possible, which is on all the pages in Microsoft Dynamics NAV except on the Role Center page and on menu pages in the Department area, the export option will be available on the application menu, as demonstrated in the following screenshot:
