3.4.4 Step 4 — Evaluating the data model
Having populated the data model with data we still have ensure that the data
used to populate our data model fulfills the requirement of completeness,
exactness and relevance. To do this we perform the
fourth step in the generic
data mining method,
which is to perform an initial evaluation; the steps are
described in Figure 3-9.
