It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Rights Versus Permissions
A user's overall level of privilege is determined by user rights and permissions. User rights are computer wide and are set by local and Active Directory group policy. An example is the log-on locally right. This chapter focuses on specific object-level permissions, such as the create child objects permission.
