This section discusses logon scripts and software installation through group policy. Although group policy has other features, such as the capability to manage the public key infrastructure (PKI), Kerberos, and IPSec, these technologies are covered in later chapters—or in the case of IPSec, other books.

Naming this section Logon Scripts is really a misnomer because you actually can take virtually any .vbs file and execute it at the command line.
