Overview of Group Policy Sections
This chapter looks at the basic use and meaning of many of the folders and nodes in the group policy object. Literally hundreds of settings exist in group policy, so this is not an exhaustive list, but rather a primer on where to start in group policy to configure your domain to meet the needs of your organization. You will revisit many of the group policy sections discussed here and see how to modify and use them, but for the moment let's take a leisurely tour of some of the options presented in group policy.
