| OU membership is largely invisible to users. If they are moved from one OU to another, they will see the difference only in group policy, if any exists. Their placement in the Active Directory hierarchy, however, should not be visible to them. |

| Make sure that the portions of group policy you are missing are not in the computer section of group policy. Both the user and the computer must be in the OU to process both sections of group policy. |
