I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Running Scripts on NT

| Although most ADSI scripts do not have to be run on the DC, you must be on a Windows 2000 computer to run them because the scripts are using locally registered COM Dynamic Link Libraries to do their work. |
Scripts Run Only on Some Computers

| These scripts require the same resources that the other Active Directory tools require. DNS, LDAP, and Kerberos must be in place. Check whether the Active Directory Users and Computers MMC Snap-in works. If that won't run locally, you don't have a scripting problem; you have an Active Directory problem. |
