So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Online Help
Don't overlook the basics. The Online Help that ships with Windows 2000 has a wealth of information and is an enormous improvement over previous versions. You can access the Online Help by clicking Start, Help.
Support Tools
Don't forget the support tools. They are on the Windows 2000 CD in the support\tools folder. Although most of the functionality here is from the tools themselves, don't overlook the documentation that comes with the tools.
