I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
The restaurant without tables
In this chapter, we will create the 4D UX Map for a fictitious restaurant. Understandably, no company would share the 4D UX Map I have created for them as a summary of a large consulting contract. Moreover, I wanted to choose a vertical we haven't touched in the previous chapters. This restaurant will only offer online takeaway orders. Imagine a talented cook in a well-equipped and staffed kitchen. It's not a three Michelin star extravaganza, but no fast-food either. You can't walk-in, but you certainly can order awesome meals, which arrive in 30 minutes tops. This might not be The Fat Duck in Berkshire, but the chef pours their soul into every dish.
