So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

A good UX strategy document is short. It should fit on a single page. At its core, it's a document aimed at senior management. It's a form of communication, and a successful strategy one-pager starts a discussion, with the unmasked goal of getting the organization more focused on users.
