Writing tasks and questions
The scenario alone might be enough for a moderated lab test with an experienced moderator. However, even there it would result in tests that are hard to analyze, summarize, and repeat. For remote unmoderated testing, good pre-written tasks and questions will unearth many usability issues.
Tasks require an action from the user, while questions require an answer. Both can be used for user testing. Questions are optional and a good task list will help the moderator; it's an absolute necessity for remote unmoderated tests.
