Identifying behavior likelihood

After you do your research, you need to summarize the behaviors relevant to our solution. In Chapter 6, Solution Mapping Based on User Insights, we will discover some ways to summarize user research. As a simple example for our demo project, let's assume we have discovered five key behaviors and needs. 

Always try to rate behaviors on a scale of 0-3, in plain-English words, from very unlikely, to unlikely, then likely, and very likely. Most of the time it's impossible to create a finer grading. The scale lacks a neutral point because that doesn't help our purposes. If we can't identify how likely a behavior is for a user, it's better to mark it as no answer or not available, maybe a simple "-".
