I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
The first dimension - milestones
We will tell the users' story through the milestones. As we have seen in the previous chapters, milestones group all events that lead to a common goal. Each achievement the user has on the road to reach the opportunity is a milestone. Milestones give a structure to our map and allow easier organization and communication. The 4D UX Map doesn't necessarily have the same milestones as the user story map, task model, or journey map for the same project, but if you have created any of those, that's a great starting point.
We will focus on the action, and start where the action starts. For high-value purchases or life-changing decisions, this might be the decision or planning milestone. Ordering food doesn't fit ...
