We will tell the users' story through the milestones. As we have seen in the previous chapters, milestones group all events that lead to a common goal. Each achievement the user has on the road to reach the opportunity is a milestone. Milestones give a structure to our map and allow easier organization and communication. The 4D UX Map doesn't necessarily have the same milestones as the user story map, task model, or journey map for the same project, but if you have created any of those, that's a great starting point.
