The analysis of the user experience tests will provide us with medium and high severity issues, as we have seen in the Chapter 6, Solution Mapping Based on User Insights. The medium and high issues can lead to abandonment. I usually don't add low severity issues and positives, but always mark events where conversion killers were found. To mark them, I use color.
Most of the time, two border colors are enough to mark the medium and high severity. Red is generally understood as an error, whereas orange as a serious warning. This also collides with the color coding we use when analyzing remote UX tests.
