When I went on the O’Reilly platform, I was astonished to find all the books there, plus live events and sandboxes so you could play around with the technology.I’ve been on the O’Reilly platform for more than eight years. I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Evaluations
Evaluations occur when a persona has different needs, which need to be fulfilled to progress through a milestone. If the decision is non-binary (more complex than proceed or abandon, yes or no), we have an evaluation. This is where the user will take a conscious action. In the journey map, we need to support that action. For a task model, we need to identify the thought process behind the evaluation.
Evaluations are usually represented by a large circle containing the emotional needs and content requirements for the decision-making process. Even if we only provide one solution to the evaluation, we should think about all thought processes our persona will have, not just the ones leading to our solution. This will help us understand ...
