A prototype is worth a thousand meetings

"If a picture is worth 1000 words, a prototype is worth 1000 meetings" is a famous saying at IDEO.

Meetings are often full of discussions based on opinions and speculations. Material often used in meetings, such as words and static images, still require a big mental effort to deeply understand how ideas would work in practice.
