Picture

A picture can help the team to imagine the person represented by the persona document. Although each persona represents a group of users, the objective will be to imagine a real person as it can help the team understand how that person behaves, how that user feels when he achieves his goals, and what frustrations and difficulties he has to overcome while achieving them. We should try to find a picture that matches the values in the document. We don't need to necessarily get a picture from one of our research participants as this is only a way to put a face attached to the data we will find in the rest of the page.
