Description
While some people can imagine the users behind a Persona Document without a narrative that describes the fictional person in detail, some people will find it very inspirational. The objective of this description is to create a character in the reader's mind. Try to catch the essence of the information gathered in the rest of the document. In some cases, it can be helpful to find inspiration in real users or film characters, but take into account that the general purpose is to understand the motivations and goals of the group of persons that this document represents.
Adding a quote about the goals or frustrations that these kind of users feel will give reality to the description, but it is not required in most cases.
