To create a user journey, we should follow these steps:
- Define the main steps: Find the steps that represent the normal course of events without too many details and focus on the key points that the user is required to accomplish for the task until he completes it.
- Complete the steps: Add the intermediate steps that describe the accomplishment of the task in detail, and consider adding new lines of temporary development in case of an action that must be done several times or if there are steps where the user has to make decisions.
