Organizing critique sessions

Sharing ideas early provides valuable input for the exploration process. You can organize a critique session to share your solutions with other people in your team in order to get feedback. However, you cannot just throw a number of sketches at them and then expect to get valuable feedback in return. For any group larger than four people, you'll need to make an effort to stop the conversations going off-track.

When presenting a sketch, the attention of the audience often goes toward the most superficial aspects.
