These types of questions facilitate the analysis when the number of participants is high. We will create questions with a clear objective and give different options to respond. Participants will be able to choose one of the options in response. The analysis of these types of questions can be automated and therefore is faster, but it will not give us as detailed information as an open question, in which the participant can expose all his ideas about the matter in the question.
