Affinity Diagram

The Affinity Diagram is a method that helps you organize concepts and data, creating connections between the elements that the user considers related. The term Affinity Diagram was created by Jiro Kawakita in the 1960s (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Affinity_diagram).

This diagram is really useful when we have lots of different ideas that can come from a brainstorming session, user interviews, or surveys. At the end of the process, we will have different groups of concepts connected in a manner according to how our participants understand that they are related.
