The Persona Document

Different kinds of people need different kinds of solutions. The Persona Document is a tool used to classify the characteristics of a group of users in an easy-to-handle document. It will give a clear vision about the users for whom you are designing your application. It will work as a summary of the user research phase, allowing the team to work over a closed set of characters, instead of thinking about millions of different users, each with their own needs.
