Vocabulary analysis

The same action or process can be called a different thing, depending on the field we are working in. If we adapt our vocabulary to future users of the application, their learning will be faster and therefore they will feel that they have control of the situation earlier, allowing the actions to be developed.

To realize a complete analysis of the vocabulary usually used within a specific field, we can first list the tasks that our users can perform with our application. Once we have the detailed tasks, we will do a step-by-step analysis of the vocabulary that is used in the descriptions, buttons, and messages, and we can place all of them in a grid.
