Motion sickness prevention, there is no cure

If you are designing VR experiences, you are more likely to suffer from motion sickness for two primary reasons. First, you will be experiencing more time in VR per day than any of your users will experience in a month. Second, these experiences are likely to occur when your experience is not optimized and will have inadequate or inconsistent frame rates.

While there are some foods and acupressure techniques that work to reduce motion sickness symptoms in some people, there is no cure for motion sickness; once it affects you, you cannot take a pill and instantly feel better.
