So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

5.5.2 Evaluation of Feedback with Politeness Strategies
In order to conduct an evaluation with the maximum possible exter-
nal validity, we needed to motivate users of Tactical Iraqi to use both
the polite and direct versions. We therefore rst released to our user
community the version of Tactical Iraqi in which polite tutorial feed-
back was deliberately disabled, and then made available in a version
with polite feedback at a selected test site, the Marine Corps training
