only text in interfaces, but other features as well. Traditionally, ele-
ments on a PC screen are structured from left to right and top to bot-
tom, as most European languages structure writing. Arabic systems
change the left to right structure to right to left, following the convec-
tions of Arabic writing.
In our case, we have taken into account Nasa Yuwe, the Nasa lan-
guage, in design of interfaces. It is spoken by more than 100,000
people, which constitutes around two thirds of the whole Nasa popu-
lation. It was an oral tradition language
