It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Pod
A pod is the smallest unit in the world of Kubernetes. It represents a single unit of deployment in Kubernetes. It is a combination of:
- One or more containers
- Storage resources
- Network IP address
If there is more than one container in a pod, they communicate among themselves using the localhost address (and of course, different ports on different containers) and can share a volume.
