I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Creating a Service Dialog
A Service Dialog and Automation Workflow are a part of Automation, and are required if we need the catalog item to be seen in the Catalog.
- Navigate to Automation | Automate | Customization
- Click on Service Dialog, Choose Configuration, and Add a new Service Dialog, Once the service Dialog is added, we can then add the new tab, and finally a new element in the tab:
Although we are not doing anything with this checkbox yet, we can configure this to pass the user variables to the automation workflows.
