Now, since we have designed the VPCs themselves, it's time for connectivity. From previous chapters, you know that we can do this using a VPN or direct connect. In this case, since there is not going to be much traffic, we will simply create a VPN connecting to our VPC.
Connectivity to the private cloud
There is something that we must keep in mind while designing multiple VPCs. We have the ability to use transit VPCs. This simply means that we can connect from our data center to the transit VPC, and then connect the transit VPC to the other VPCs. While this keeps the routing simple, remember that if the VPCs are in different regions, data transfer charges apply. Refer the following links for more information:
