So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Preparing the host environment
The host environment that we are going to use to run Docker will be a Ubuntu 16.04 LTS virtual machine with about 4 GB RAM and 60 GB storage. In a production environment, we will need to size the host based on the requirements of the containers that need running.
Also, let's take a look at the basics of containerization itself before we take it any further.
