So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

A bank conducts a study on the satisfaction of its customers. To achieve that, 30 of its agencies are randomly selected, and on each agency, 50 clients are also randomly selected. All of them must undergo an interview. Even though very detailed information is obtained from each interview, at the end, each interview is summarized as either ‘Satisfied customer’ or ‘Unsatisfied customer’. The file BANK.MTW is organized as follows:
