I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Spatial anchors
Spatial anchors are anchor points. We can create a new coordinate system that we place somewhere in the world. Initially, it will be placed relative to the initial coordinate system, defined by the position of the user and the HoloLens. However, as we move on and the device learns more about its environment, the coordinate system based on the device will differ from fixed coordinate systems. Fixed or anchored systems will be repositioned every time the depth sensors decide the world looks a bit different than it initially thought; tiny mistakes will be corrected all the time.
