Positive Psychology
Over the last decade, the integration of positive psychology into the coaching world has increased significantly (Grant, in press; Grant & Spence, in press; Kauffman & Scouler, 2004). Although this is an obvious pairing, it is only recently that the publication of accessible and scientifically supported literature in positive psychology has enabled coaches to access existing validated positive psychology interventions (known as PPIs). These offer a wealth of innovative and invigorating exercises for coaches to use in their client sessions.
